  1. For the convenience when participating outdoor activities, visitors should wear proper casual and comfortable clothing and shoes. Hat and sunglasses are also recommended. Wearing long sleeves, long trousers and socks would effectively protect yourself from mosquitoes.
  2. Please bring adequate water.
  3. Please refrain from using chemical products such as insect repellants inside the farm.
  4. Please be environmentally conscious and preserve the harmony of nature. Bring back your rubbish when leave and reduce wastage.
  5. Please refrain from sitting or standing on the fences or railings and entering restricted area. Shouting and chasing around are not allowed. For the sake of safety and to avoid any injuries, visitor must comply with all notices posted, directions given and requests of our staff.
  6. Please do not pick, snap or move any plant, crop or wild unless obtaining our staff permission. Unruly behavior will not be tolerated and violators will be asked to leave the farm without a refund.
  7. In order to provide a safe and enjoyable experience to all visitors, please be reminded that certain items which may be deemed dangerous or offensive are prohibited from being brought into the farm.
  8. Photographs and video may be taken for personal use. Commercial photography is strictly prohibited except with prior written consent. Admission to Nature's Harvest signifies your permission and agreement for us to take and use your photographs or images for educational and promotional purposes.
  9. Visitors should have proper use of the farm equipment and property. Please return to us every time after used.  Please note that compensation may be required if there is any damage or lost of the farm equipment or property.
  10. Please take care all of your belongings. We are not responsible and do not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of, or any personal injury or death of any visitor, whether such damage or loss is caused by accident, our negligence or otherwise.
  11. For the comfort of our visitors, smoking and making a fire are prohibited in the farm.
  12. Sale of products or services, display of products or services for sale, distribution of printed materials of any kind, unauthorized events, demonstrations, speeches or other unauthorized public gatherings, the display of any flag, banner or other emblem are prohibited. Engaging in any act that may impede the operation of the farm or any associated facility is also not allowed.
  13. Please show common courtesy to fellow visitors and our staff.  We reserve the right to deny admission, to require a visitor already admitted to leave the farm, without a refund or compensation, or to take further reasonable action, for failure to comply with any of our rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
  14. Visitors should look after their pet that brought into the farm. Please keep the pet safe and be considerate. Never allow pet to cause public nuisance. If pet defecates in the farm, please be sure to clean up.
  15. Visitors should have priority over the care and safe custody of their fellow, especially children and elder. Please be reminded that safety must be a major concern no matter you are exploring the farm or elsewhere. Group Leaders are responsible for the behavior of their member in their care.  If appropriate, Visitors may consider to choose a one-day trip insurance coverage by their own. We are not responsible and do not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of, or any personal injury or death of any Visitor, whether such damage or loss is caused by accident, our negligence or otherwise.
  16. Visitor safety is our first priority. As such, we may at our sole discretion, alter the activity details, location or timetable during severe weather conditions, such as Typhoon Warning Signal No.3 or above, Thunderstorm Warning, Landslip Warning, Amber or Red or Black Rainstorm Warning or Very Hot Weather Warning is hoisted by the Observatory, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require. Thank you for your understanding.  In case where visitor who is absence, sick or late from attendance and result to postpone or cancellation of the activity, the amount paid will not be transferable, exchangeable or refundable.
  17. Visitors should consider their physical condition whether it is appropriate for participating outdoor activities. If there is any query, please consult with your doctor. We are not responsible and do not assume any liability for it. We reserve the right to terminate the activity for safety reason if we observe an adverse condition of a visitor.  The amount paid will not be transferable, exchangeable or refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
  18. Nature's Harvest endeavor to offer a safe and comfortable environment to all Visitors, we are not responsible and do not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of, or any personal injury or death of any Visitor, or any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business or loss of profits), whether such damage or loss is caused by accident, our mistake, negligence, omission or otherwise.
  19. In this notice, "we" and "the farm" means either or both of Nature's Harvest and i-led environment ltd.
  20. This notice is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
  21. In case of any subsequent change for this notice or situation not mentioned above, the decision of Nature's Harvest shall be final.  If you have any enquiries, please contact our staff.
  22. In case of discrepancy between English and Chinese version, Chinese version should prevail.
